Projekt BOW dostane německou mutaci. Průběžně se bude vyhodnocovat míra vlivu české politické reprezentace na dění v Čechách. Ohledně Moravy dokument zmiňoval zvyšování regionálního vlivu Polska.
Samostatná kapitola se věnovala protokolům z Versailles a z Jalty. Nakonec Ahmed minutu zíral na poslední větu „End of Report“, než se dokument zničil.
