Po internetu se šíří zpráva, že se Evropa chystá kriminalizovat kritizování islámu. „Kritizování islámu se již brzy stane trestným činem v rámci Evropské unie“, zní titulky.
Jsem nevěřící Tomáš a prohlašuji, že to není pravda.
Po vzoru Islandu, Botswany a Spojených Bhulútů bude trest za rouhání definitivně vymazán z právního pořádku Evropské unie. Země jako Dánsko, Finsko, Německo nebo Španělsko vygumují středověkou praktiku z učebnic právnických fakult a Velká Británie zařadí Gay News do referencí k samostudiu.
Evropský soud pro lidská práva se totiž jednoznačně přiklonil na stranu svobody slova, která tvoří „jeden ze základních pilířů demokratické společnosti“, a to nejen třicátého září.
Těším se na třicátého září, který je dnem svobodného rouhání, tzv. Blasphemy Day. Až pojedu třicátého září ráno s islámskými spolupracovníky podnikovým autobusem do kolbenky, kde všichni pracujeme u soustruhů a frézek, zvednu skloněné nevěřící oči od podlahy a odvážně zvolám:
