Moje reakce po přečtení zprávy Bohuslava Sobotky „Na čem se k migraci dohodly v Praze státy V4“ byla velmi rychlá – tato zpráva není určena lidem, ale mimozemšťanům.
Termín „po přečtení“ není úplně přesný, zprávu jsem totiž nedočetl a vrátil se k Jamesu Joyceovi.
Již léta používám při písemné komunikaci osvědčený formát: ihned po oslovení zařadím větu s klíčovým sdělením. Následuje libovolně dlouhé a libovolně podrobné zdůvodnění tohoto klíčového sdělení a na konci opět zopakuji klíčové sdělení a poděkuji za odpověď. Výhodou tohoto formátu je, že je komunikace přehledná a srozumitelná. Dalším nesporným a dlouholetou praxí osvědčeným benefitem je, že mě málokdy adresát pošle do háje s odkazem, že nerozumí, co po něm chci.
Pan Sobotka po mně asi nic nechce. Nebo nerozumím tomu, co po mně chce. Nejspíš ho můžu s klidným svědomím poslat do háje.
Mé sdělení je tedy následující:

nemluvte prosím za mě.
Kdekoli ve své zprávě použijete první osobu množného čísla, dotýká se obsah věty i mě osobně. Oceňuji, že jste se uchýlil ke třetí osobě množného čísla a tím pádem jste mě ze svých úmyslů a záměrů vyřadil.
Bylo poučné seznámit se s Vašimi názory a s názory oněch vašich a s dovolením si ponechám názory své.
Svádělo-li by Vás kdykoli v budoucnu použít první osoby množného čísla, velmi děkuji předem za přistavení zužovacího přístavku „kromě chodce optimisty“.

prosím o uvozující sdělení, zda máte co sdělit.
Častokrát se mi stává, že se ve Vašem sdělení obtížně orientuji, případně se neorientuji vůbec. Velmi mě to frustruje, neboť mám upřímnou snahu rozumět tomu, co mi sdělujete. To se mi bohužel trvale nedaří. Pomohlo by mi, pokud bych mohl Vaše sdělení třídit na sdělení významná a bezvýznamná.
Proto Vás, prosím, uvádějte na začátku, o jaký typ sdělení se aktuálně jedná.
