„Die Kölner Polizei hat eine Strafanzeige gegen die AfD-Politikerin Beatrix von Storch erstattet. Die Bundestagsageordnete hatte als Reaktion auf einen Silvester-Tweet der Polizei in arabischer Sprache von ‚muslimischen, gruppenvergewaltigenden Männerhorden‘ getwittert. Nun droht von Storch ein Ermittlungsverfahren wegen möglicher Volksverhetzung.“

Zahájení trestního řízení s poslankyní Beatrix von Storch potvrdil šéf tiskového oddělení policie v Kolíně nad Rýnem Thomas Held. Trestní řízení bylo zahájeno kvůli podezření ze spáchání trestného činu šíření nenávisti. Údajný trestný čin spáchala poslankyně tím, že na Twitteru reagovala na twitterové novoroční přání kolínské policie v arabštině takto:
„Was zur Hölle ist in diesem Land los ? Wieso twittert eine offizielle Polizeiseite aus NRW auf Arabisch ? Meinen Sie, die barbarischen, muslimischen, gruppenvergewaltigenden Männerhorden so zu besänftigen ?“
(Co se to do háje děje v této zemi ? Jakto, že oficiální policejní web Severního Porýní-Vestfálska tweetuje v arabštině ? Myslíte si, že si tím získáte barbarské, muslimské, znásilňující gangy ?)
Rychlejší než policie byl Twitter, který účet poslankyně obratem zablokoval, a to z důvodu porušení pravidel Twitteru o nenávistném obsahu:
„Du darfst keine Gewalt gegen andere aufgrund ihrer Rasse, ethnischen Zugehörigkeit, nationalen Herkunft, sexuellen Orientierung, ihres Geschlechts, ihrer geschlechtlichen Identität, religiösen Zugehörigkeit, ihres Alters, wegen Behinderungen oder ernster Krankheiten fördern oder andere aus diesen Gründen bedrohen oder belästingen.“
Německým obratem ‚barbarischen, muslimischen, gruppenvergewaltigenden Männerhorden‘ poslankyně propagovala násilí vůči barbarským, muslimským, znásilňujícím gangům z důvodu rasy, etnického původu, národnostního původu, sexuální orientace, pohlaví, pohlavní identity, náboženského vyznání, věku, zdravotního postižení nebo vážného onemocnění.
Jelikož novoroční přání policie v arabštině bylo přivítáno, můžu směle popřát spoluobčanům šťastný nový rok 2018:
