Americký vojenský analytik komentoval důvod, proč Rusko nepřistoupilo k třicetidennímu příměří:
„Because Russia’s kicking the crap out of Ukraine, NATO, Europe and the United States. Russia made a decision when the world turns its back on Russia’s peace plan, when Russia initiated the special military operation. The primary goal and objective was to get Ukraine to negotiating table within six days of the initiation of this conflict, Ukraine was at the negotiating table and Belarus, then they transitioned into Istanbul into Turkey, they finished up in Istanbul and they had a peace plan ready to go, ready to sign. It was rejected by the west. Russia at that point in time transitioned into a liberation campaign for the Donbas. The west poured in 48 billion dollars rebuilt the Ukrainien military, launched a counterattack. At that point in time, Russia went into what they called war of attrition mode. They mobilized 300 000 men, they built the Surovikin line, they began destroying Ukrainien air defense. And then they began this meat grinder process. But the meat grinder was designed to grind down the Ukrainiens, grind down NATO, Europe, the United States. And Russia has succeeded at great cost. But Russia right now has all of this strategic advanteges. They have an algorithm of victory.“

Má Rusko algoritmus vítězství ? Naše mluvící hlavy stále opakují slova o strategické porážce Ruska, takže nevěří, že Rusko má algoritmus vítězství. My nejsme mluvící hlavy, proto neumíme říct, jestli Rusko má nebo nemá algoritmus vítězství. Na tom, čemu věříme či nevěříme, nezáleží. Záleží pouze na tom, abychom nakonec byli na straně vítězů.
Po druhé světové válce jsme se dostali na stranu vítězů, i když jsme byli protektorátem poraženého. Měli bychom mít algoritmus pro to, abychom se dostali na stranu vítězů i po druhé vlastenecké válce. Podle našeho algoritmu by měly mluvící hlavy zmlknout.
